On behalf of our Pastor, Father Kevin Fausz, CM, VU, we would like to welcome to the Parish Website for Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in San Antonio!

Founded in 1913, Our Lady of Perpetual Help was considered to be the National Parish for Mexicans. According to the Archdiocese of San Antonio, in 1949, Our Lady of Perpetual Help covered the missions and at least eight other outlying mission churches in Wilson and Guadalupe counties.
